Photoplay edition issued to coincide with the release of the one of the first great talking films starring Helen Morgan directed by Rouben Mamoulian in his first film. The tale of Kitty, a burlesque queen who rises to fame at the expense of her child. Near fine in a very good dust jacket with a few tiny chips and tears and light dust soiling. The front panel of the dust jacket is a color portrait of Morgan, who manages to look haughty and sexy in one cool glance.
