What makes this a truly outstanding copy is McCall's warm inscription on the dedication page to his friends and first Sea Island(Georgia)clients P.L. and Virginia Hay, Jr. Their beautiful home is showcased on pages 97 through 100. This must have been a presentation copy, as it's signed and dated at Christmas time 1985, the year of publication. This copy is clean and tight, with no wear. The jacket is housed in a plastic sleeve, it has wonderful strong color and no nicks or tears. A excellent display of McCall's remarkable homes. Signed By All Contributors.
