Covers also very good with a bit of edge wear / rubbing. A detailed, official publication from 1924 presenting a detailed history of the Indian Army, particul…arly its reorganisation after WWI. This copy was owned by Noël Louis St Pierre Bunbury (1890-1971), who was a senior British Indian Army officer during the Second World War. He served in the First and Second World Wars and was Aide-de-camp (personal secretary) to King George VI between 1943 and 1944. His inscription appears on the front endpaper.
