Soft cover. Condition: Fine. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Tan wraps with front cover color lithograph of a loaf of bread in the foreground against two blue candle holders (With candles) and a blue, pink and gold dinner plate. Rear cover color litho of Magic Yeast and Yeast Foam packages. 24 pages including covers. 8vo. Illustrated with five full page color lithographs and a couple of black/white images. Four page center fold-out with photos explaining the step-by-step process for making bread. First six pages explain various facts you should know when making bread followed by some 30 recipes; recipes for bread, rolls, pancakes, root beer, and doughnuts. This is a very lovely example of an early manufacturers cook book with color lithographs. An absolutely flawless book but for a split along the edge of one of the center fold-out pages. Bright, clean immaculate. FINE- Language: eng Language: eng 0.0 Language: eng Language: eng Language: eng.
