Includes complete sets of four issues each for volumes 4 (1994); 5 (1995); 7 (1997); 8 (1998); 9 (1999); 10 (2000); 12 (2002); 14 (2004); 18 (2008); 19 (2009); and 20 (2010). Also includes volume 6 (1996), issues number 1, 2 & 4; vol. 11 (2001), nos. 2, 3 & 4; vol. 13 (2003), nos. 2, 3 & 4; vol. 15 (2005), nos. 1 & 2; vol. 16 (2006), nos. 2, 3 & 4; and vol. 17 (2007), nos. 1, 2 & 3. 230 x 150 mm. All in Very Good condition, with a little minor scattered dust spotting on top edges. Vol. 5, no. 2 bumped at head of spine. Vol. 6, no. 4 has a little underlining and a brief note in ink on p. 104, and is also a little scuffed with slight loss in the margins of p. 103/4 (with no loss of text). Some pencil marking in vol. 7, no. 4 and vol. 8, no. 1. Some minor creasing in the covers of vol. 9, no. 2 and vol. 10, nos. 3 & 4. A little brief marking in ink in vol. 12, no. 3 and vol. 20, nos. 1 & 3. Vol. 13, no. 4 includes a CD in a pocket inside back cover. Four issues have errata slips for previous volumes laid in. Book.
