In the publisher's original yellow wraps, lettered in red, uncut and unopened beyond p.16 (of 288). Spine panel rubbed with some loss and covers generally…grubby; internally almost fine condition. It is unlikely that any copies have survived in a better state of preservation than the present one. An important historical record and worthy of a place in a major collection.

Edition limited to 100 sets, each signed by the artist underneath the limitation statement / colophon (which is adorned with an eleventh original woodcut.) Printed by Raphaël Maillol (son of Gaspard). Typography by Jhane Maillol (wife of Gaspard.) Folio. Loose as issued in original wraps. Wraps a bit soiled, else FINE AND BRIGHT.
