Inside front cover has a stamped name and address along with a written name and date. Inside back cover has a stamped name and address. Side edges of pages have slight soiling, and bottom edges have some small stains. Book is in good condition. Dust jacket is worn, torn and creased at the ends of the spine, worn and torn at the corners, and has some scuffing. DJ is in good condition.
