This bears two indications of being part of the War Service Library -- a bookplate explaining this program affixed to the front paste-down endpaper, and a pocket of sorts affixed to the rear paste-down endpaper; the card is unused but browning. The pocket is formed from a strip of heavy paper pasted down at the edges, set on a diagonal. appendix, index. Tan endpapers. small 8vo (about 7.5 inches tall). 457 pages + ads.
