Add to basketHardcover. Two ALS loosely inserted. Both on 'Woodmancote' headed paper and signed 'Kipper'. Kipper was Shepard's nickname, taken from a music hall phrase "Giddy Kipper" for a "gay & irresponsible fellow". Both letters are addressed to 'Cornelius' and concern Shepard's day-to-day activities and the health of Norah, his second wife. Dated July 1965 and May 1971. Both very good indeed with a slight crease across the middle and a little browning around the edges on both. The book, with Dutch text, shows minimal wear ow vg+. Signed by Illustrator.
