Condition: Very Good. PFAS06? This is a vintage early hand signed photo for Berni Flint famous 70s singer who had the most number of wins on Opportunity Knocks than any other contestant in its history - please note this photo is laid down so has the page from the autograph album adhered to it and cannot be removed but otherwise it is very good condition and the signing is undedicated too.? It appears to date from when he was first becoming famous so the best listing of its kind for any collector of his memorabilia.

Soft Cover. Condition: Fine. Wrightson, Berni (Cover Illustration] (illustrator). First Edition. Presented here is the TV Guide Collector's Edition for April 26 - May 2, 1997, the Brooklyn-Queens Edition, with signed cover art by Berni Wrightson for Stephen King helmed series of The Shining. Front cover of this classic periodical is beautifully signed in black felt-tip by illustrator Berni Wrightson. Dynamic pictorial design, moderate shelf wear. Pages near fine; no writing. Bind fine; moderate wear to exterior spine. Near fine signed rarity. This issue promoted the ABC mini-series for The Shining which starred Steven Weber as the alcoholic writer, Jack Torrance. In this special issue, the master of modern horror unearths the lost prologue to The Shining and takes you on a bone-chilling behind-the-screams tour of this macbre series. The cover features the chilling SK influenced art by horror master Bernie Wrightson. Previously, Wrightson had drawn the poster for the Stephen King-penned horror film Creepshow, as well as illustrating the comic book adaptation of that film. This led to several other collaborations with King, including art for the novella "Cycle of the Werewolf," the restored edition of King's apocalyptic horror epic, "The Stand," and art for the hardcover editions of "From a Buick 8" and "Dark Tower V." This issue, besides the nostalgia inspiring tv schedules, also features several intriguing articles in light of revelations in the 2020's. From glowing white Danny in pj's at contents page: "I. 'The Shining' Reshot: Stephen King found the original film a few chills short. So for the miniseries, he went back to the spooky hotel that first inspired him. By Mark Schwed; II. Before the Play: The Overlook was haunted long before the Torrances got there. A reprint of the 'lost ' prologue to 'The Shining' by Stephen King"; III. Teach Your Children Well: A superstar-studded TV special on. 'toddler care'? When Rob Reiner asked, Tom Hanks and other Hollywood parents couldn't refuse! By Charles Fleming; IV. Stuck On 'Gump': As 'Forrest Gump' debuts on network TV, a novelist says there's more to it than just a box of chocolates. By Thomas Mallon; The Lady Is A Vamp: Sharon Lawrence put NYPD Blue on hold to get 'Fired Up' - a sitcom showcasing her surprising silly side. By Hilary De Vries." 280 pages. Insured post. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Signed by Illustrator.

The fifth volume in King's Dark Tower series, Roland and company find themselves involved in some odd goings-on in and around the town of Calla Bryn Sturgis. Tracing a twenty-year sacrifice cycle in the town, they uncover a connection to the Dark Tower that is less than savory. Roland Deschain and his ka-tet are bearing southeast through the forests of Mid-World on their quest for the Dark Tower. Their path takes them to the outskirts of Calla Bryn Sturgis. But beyond the tranquil farm town, the ground rises to the hulking darkness of Thunderclap, the source of a terrible affliction that is stealing the town's soul. The wolves of Thunderclap and their unspeakable depredation are coming. To resist them is to risk all, but these are odds the gunslingers are used to. Their guns, however, will not be enough. Printed in the United States of America. 714 pages. Insured post. Size: 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" Tall. Signed by Artist.

Encuadernación de tapa blanda. Condition: Muy bien. Da. Firmado por el autor.

Condition: Good. Borgo San Donnino, December, 1737., 1737. Good. - Over 104 words penned in a secretarial hand on 12 inch high by 8-1/8 inch wide laid paper, with an attached integral address leaf. Enrichetta, the Duchess of Parma, offers her thanks for Count Antonio Berni Canan's expressions of kindness following the death of her father Rinaldo d'Este (1655-Oct. 26, 1737). Loosely translated from the Italian, Enrichetta writes: ["Recognizing very clearly your customary politeness and kindness in the courteous office that you were pleased to share with me on the occasion of the very heavy loss I suffered through the death of the Most Serene Lord Duke, my Father of illustrious memory, I attest to you my singular gratitude in the act of thanking you for it, as I do most vividly. -- And also responding to the happy announcement of good tidings which, on the same occasion, you wished to put forward to me for the recurrence of Holy Christmas, I pray the Lord to fill you with all the most desirable contentments."] Signed "Enrichetta D[__] di Parma Nata Psa. di Mod.a" (Enrichetta D[uchess] of Parma, born P[rincess] of Mod[ena]). Addressed in ink with a paper over wax seal on the verso of the attached address leaf. There is worming in the upper half of the letter, barely touching on a couple of letters and some additional worming below the text which, though it does not affect the text runs through the seal. Folded several times with a couple of tiny holes at the intersection of the folds. Good. Duchess of Parma by marriage to her cousin Antonio Farnese, Duke of Parma, Princess Enrichetta d'Este (1702-1777) served as Regent of Parma during her alleged pregnancy in the period after the death of her husband in 1731. A Princess of Modena, she had been among those seriously considered as a possible bride for Louis XV, the king of France though the French Prime Minister, the Duke of Bourbon, regarded her inferior rank as an impediment. Her marriage to Antonio Farnese was arranged by Count Anvidi, his secretary of state. The day prior to his death, Antonio announced that Enrichetta was pregnant and a Regency council for the potential heir consisting of Enrichetta, a bishop, the first Secretary of State and two gentlemen of the Court was formed following Antonio's death. The Queen of Spain and the Pope supporting the 12 year old Don Carlos claim to the Duchy, questioned her pregnancy. Though initially supported by the Emperor who opposed Spanish influence, the Second Treaty of Vienna officially recognized the Infante Don Charles as the Duke of Vienna and Piacenza and the Emperor was forced to retract his support. Enrichetta discontinued her original plan to arrange a simulated birth. She later married Prince Leopold of Hesse-Darmstadt.
