gravure in-folio (48 x 33,5 cm), en feuille. Deux petits manques angulaires, cerne clair, déchirure (dans la légende) restaurée de manière fruste. Beau portrait en pied du maréchal Berthier (sur fond de bataille) gravé à l'aquatinte en noir par Louis-François Charon (?1831) d'après une peinture de Pierre Martinet. Il en existe des versions colorisées.Avec la légende : "Alexandre Berthier naquit à Versailles le 20 novembre 1753. Il fut destiné dès son enfance à l'état militaire et par son inclination et par la volonté paternelle : il fit ses premières armes en Amérique et ensuite en Italie où il s'empara de Rome. Il fit la campagne d'Egypte, se trouva ensuite au champ d'honneur à Marengo, et de là en Allemagne, où il sçut associer par son courage son nom à toutes nos victoires.
