Oblong octavo, original pictorial wrappers, illustrated with black and white photographs throughout. Accompanied by approximately eighty original gelatin silver prints. Many of these photographs are represented in the book, but there are many additional photographs not included in the book which appear here. Lloyd Phillips, perhaps best known for producing the Quentin Tarantino film Inglourious Basterds, was a South African-born New Zealand film producer and the first New Zealander to win an Academy Award in any category. His work on the 2003 romantic-drama 'Beyond Borders' required traveling to Thailand, Namibia, and Canada to film on site.
