It is inscribed by John L. Foley, who wrote the forward, to Kathryn Parker Culver with the date July 6,1929. It is also signed by Thomas S. Jones Jr. at the bottom of October In Memory of Thomas Bird Mosher. It was limited to 925 copies. Many of the pages left the bindery unseperated.
