Die genaue Ausgabe läßt sich nicht feststellen, jedoch entspricht der Aufbau des Inhalts fast exakt dem der Bibel von 1736 (Rolf-Dieter Jahn: Die Weimarer Ernestinische Kurfürstenbibel und Dilherr-Bibel des Endter-Verlags in Nürnberg: 1641 - 1788 ; Versuch einer vollständigen Chronologie und Bibliographie; Odenthal (b. Köln) : Verl. d. Verf., 1986, S. 126-134). Beigebunden sind 8 Kurfürstenporträts (nach 'Kurze Anleitung / wie viel jedes Buch des Alten Testaments.'), nämlich: Johannes d.Ä. (ohne Beschreibung), Friedrich I. (m.B.), Johann Ernst IV. (o.B.), Friedrich IX. (m.B.), Wilhelm IV. (m.B.), Albrecht III. (m.B.), Ernst III. (m.B.) und Bernhard d. Große (m.B.). Innen beginnt die erste Textseite mit *Vorrede an den Gottseligen Leser*, Seiten teils leicht gebräunt, teils etwas fleckig, stock- oder braunfleckig, teils wasserrandig. Jahrhundert dominierte, hergestellt. Von der seit 1615 im Verlagsprogramm geführten Lutherbibel druckte Endter bis zum Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts drei, in Format und Ausstattung unterschiedliche Ausgaben: die kleinformatige Saubert-Bibel (ab 1726 dann 'Mörl-Bibel' genannt), von 1641 bis 1768 die 'Weimarer oder Kurfürsten-Bibel' sowie ab 1656 die ebenfalls in Folio gedruckte Dilherr-Bibel, die bis 1788 mit ihren 32 Auflagen, mehr als die doppelte Zahl gegenüber der etwas opulenter ausgestatteten Kurfürsten-Bibel, das bei weitem erfolgreichste Produkt des Verlags darstellte. Nachdem 1746 Paulus Wolfgang Mann die Druckerei und den Verlag Endter übernahm, verlegte er bis 1788 die Bibelversion des Nürnberger Pfarrers und Rhetorikers Johann Michael Dilherr (1604-1669) noch sechs Mal. Wie die Kurfürsten-Bibel enthält sie Luthers Uebersetzung von 1522 in der Fassung letzter Hand von 1545, mit allen Vorreden des Wittenberger Reformators, die Bücher Esra 3, 4, Maccabäer 3, ferner alle Summarien des Korrektors Johann Saubert und als Kennzeichen aller Dilherr-Bibeln, Salomon Classius' sogenannte 'Nutzanwendungen', mit Hinweisen des Seelsorgers auf eine christliche Lebensführung.
