With a former owners small label affixed on the front end paper, and small ghost tape marks on the end sheets. A nice book. Very good. ///// In the 1981 Summer Season issue of Fly Fisherman magazine, Howard Walden wrote his last essay. Titled "Young Blood and Old," it's a compelling story by an aging fly fisherman who reluctantly gives up fishing. Mr. Walden was encouraged to write the essay by Nick Lyons, and he died a few weeks after its publication. If you get a chance to read it, please do."Perhaps it will lead lovers of the best angling literature to reread the works of this rare, gifted and wise man." [Nick Lyons].
