Slightest rub to head and tail of spine and corners. No inscriptions, near Fine copy in very good plus DUSTWRAPPER (dw: not price clipped, very slightly worn at head and tail of spine and corners, 10 mm (½") closed tear at head of spine, small neat paper repair on verso, very slightly darkened on spine, very small brown stain at foot of lower hinge and lower fold). The artist's second book, Keeping apparently felt unable to develop his story without a real animal so he acquired a 20 year old pony from a junk dealer and kept it in a stable in his garden.
