Condition: Good. General wear to boards with fading and a lean. Hinges are a bit cracked. Content has toning and foxing. Poor DJ has been split in half with some tape repair, chips/tears, toning, ect.

Condition: Fair. 1928. No Edition Remarks. 224 pages. Grey dust jacket over purple cloth. Black and white illustrations throughout. Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends with splits to spine ends causing cloth to be frayed. Cloth worn away to rear board. Staining overall. Unclipped jacket has heavy edgewear with areas of loss, heavy tears, chips, and creasing. Medium tanning to spine and edges, light tanning to panels. Ring mark to front panel. Wear marks overall.

A little discolouration to cloth. Faint soiling to endpapers. Pages clean and neat. Topics include the fibres, bleaching, dyeing, calico printing, and finishing. Appendix and index.
