Light dampstaining and a bit of offsetting on the cover, small faint dampstain on the upper corners throughout, just about very good in a good only dustwrapper with several chips and tears, loss on the lower panel, and interior dampstaining on the spine, not really visible from the exterior. Briefly Inscribed on the verso of the front fly: "For Charles [?] Schwartz [?], Edward Steichen." Striking photos and a bit of explanatory text by the legendary photographer, who came out of retirement to photograph America's involvement in World War II.
