Soft cover. Condition: Fair. Ex-Library. 1.5" tear along the seam between front cover and spine. 1/3"-deep chip in the top edge of the outer layer of the spine. Significant fraying to bottom edge of spine. Library call numbers on printed on the spine. The book's spine is cracked. Pages and pull-out maps are very clean and most of them are undamaged. Embossed library mark on page 119. Many pages a little wavy along the top edge (but no apparent water stains). Some wear and creases in the last pull-out map in the book. A couple of tiny spots on the exterior back cover but covers and spine are mostly very clean. Some soiling to the outer page edges. Quite a lot of wear but still very usable. It will be bubble-wrapped and carefully packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit.
