Each entry has space for a small photograph and to the left, the compiler is asked to fill in his name, his nickname, where she met him, her impressions of him -- "He seems to be", with three lines for her to so describe, and where he lives. Our copy is unused, with no issues or defects. We have no idea how common this log book was. We would imagine that many a user would outgrow it, become embarrassed about it, and thus dispose of it, so we would think there aren't that many floating around or gathering dust.
