Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Limited Edition. ENGLISH ENAMEL BOXES SUSAN BENJAMIN 1978 LIMITED NUMBERED EDITION SLIPCASE. I have two copies of this book titled: English Enamel Boxes by Susan Benjamin currently available. This copy (the other follows) is the Limited-Numbered Edition in its slipcase by Orbis Publish…ing of London dated 1978. There is a Limitation Bookplate on the front endpaper (No. 238 out of an edition of just 500 copies) signed by the Author. The slipcase measures 7 ¾ x 10 ¼ inches and the book has 128 pages. The boards are dark blue pebbled leather (or an excellent faux leather) with gilt framing and gilt decorations on cover and spine. The page edges are gilt all-round. Condition: This book is in very good condition. There is some very minor shelf wear to the bottom edge of the slipcase and the cloth sides are a bit dust dulled. The book itself is clean-bright and unbumped. Inside it is unmarked except for the limitation bookplate. The hinges are fully intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
