Contents include 'Breaking the Code', 'Salamanca Stone', 'Ezra Pound at St Elizabeth's', and 'Miracles at Llanddewibrefi'.Moelwyn Merchant (1913-1997) was a Welsh novelist, academic, and Anglican priest. Merchant was Canon and Chancellor of Salisbury Cathedral before deciding to return to Wales. He wrote a series of fictionalised accounts of biblical stories, as well as other volumes of poetry such as 'No Dark Glass' (1979) and 'Confrontation of Angels' (1986).Collated, complete. In the publisher's original paper wraps, with an attached dust wrapper protecting the paper covers. Externally, very smart. Minimal edge wear to the extremities and the spine, with a few light marks to wraps. Author's ink inscription to front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
