Hardcover. Condition: Very Good-. 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 233 pages; Early issue. Xvii, [1], errata, 233 pp. 12mo rebound in 1/4 modern polished leather and brown cloth boards with titles blocked in gilt to spine. Errata slip tipped in between the preface and the text. Resewn with cords visible at front end rear; very shallow trimming apparent with still generous margins. Perior gift inscription along the top edge of the title page. VG thus.
