(cgc.bx) The letter is addressed to the late Dr. Franklyn (Duff) Hicks, consummate book and ephemera collector particularly material relating to Nova Scotia. The book that is being referred to would be Buckler's first novel "Mountains and the Valley" published by Clark Irwin in New York in 1952.
