Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. First Edition. 8vo. Pp. 314, [4] - ads. Green lettered blue cloth in the rare dust jacket. Dust jacket missing chips to corners and especially at the top of spine, with lots of rubbing to the flap folds, rear joint along spine repaired with tape, appears jacket was split, and a horizontal tear near the middle of the jacket repaired with tape, along with several other edges with clear tape to the verso. Edgewear, with some light soiling, some fade to the cloth where chips are missing. Foxing to edges. Ink inscription to the paste-down, and light paper remnants vertically along the gutter of front endpaper. Still a collectable copy of a rare Arthur Rees title, especially the great dust jacket.
