(19cm. tall x 12cm.). pp. xxiii, 1127. 861 illustrations, mainly in line but with a few from photographs. The amplification of the author's Elementary Course, written with the same clarity. All aspects of building construction are covered from site preparation to interior finishes. A very good copy of this standard work. Of great utility to those involved in architectural conservation and restoration. Jacket very good but with 0.5cm loss to head of spine, and other edge wear.
