Se trata de las alegaciones del pleito de Don Antonio Fernandez de Córdova y Cabrera con Don Luis Joseph Fernandez de Córdova y Cabrera sobre el Mayorazgo que fundó Don Balthasar Diaz Cabrera. Declaró a 3 de septiembre de 1565 tener facultad de Su Magestad para crear Mayorazgo y así lo hizo en su hijo Balthasar, compuesto de la heredad de Garavato, del heredamiento de Mármol y de unas casas principales en la colacion de San Miguel en la Plazuela de las Doblas con otros dos pares de casas accesoria, situadas en el centro urbano de Cordoba, Barrio de San Miguel-Capuchinos.
