Hardcover. Condition: Good. Limited Edition. Octavo. viii, 57 pages, [3]. Light green and white patterned paper covered boards with title on the green cloth spine. Rear cover is lightly soiled. Light edge wear to the covers. Browning to the front and rear hinges. Name of Jay Bicknell stamped on the front paste down. Limited, numbered, signed edition of 75 copies. Signed by author on the verso of title page and numbered 24. Another Inscription on same page reads, "For Ruby and Jay with an old affection very sincerely Jack.August 31, 1943." Daniel Whitehead Hicky was best known to his friends as "Jack Hicky.".
