This large hard cover book (8 ¾ x 11…¼ inches, 320 pages) was published by Cape Cod Historical Publications of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, dated 1993 and a First Edition (so stated). The book is bound in fine green cloth with bright gilt titles on cover and spine; it is protected by a glossy, pictorial dust jacket. The book is amply illustrated with 325 illustrations, mostly vintage b&w photos but including some color too and a series of related maps. Condition: This book is in near fine condition. The dust jacket is still bright, glossy with just the slightest sign of edge wear and a bit of scuffing to the finish (barely perceptible). The hard covers are pristine, unbumped and bright including the gilt titles. Inside, the book is unmarked and the pages and plates are bright and clean throughout. Both hinges are intact, and the binding is tight, sound and square. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
