Condition: Near fine. Brief communiqué from Ken Knabb's post-situationist (or "pro-situ") publishing house, the Bureau of Public Secrets. First page states that Bureau publications are now held at the Berkeley Public Library and the International Institute of Social History in Amsterdam. The remaining two pages consist of a text titled "Introduction to the 'Prehistory' Section of the Bureau Collection," which explains part of of (presumably) both libraries' new collections; the section comprises publications by Knabb and others which preceded the establishment of the Bureau of Public Secrets. No copies of this communiqué found online, and the only mentions of the text appear to be on Knabb's own site (where he mentions having distributed "a number of copies") and on Bill Brown's (of Not Bored!) Bibliography of American Pro-Situationists. 4to. Three leaves (first blue, second and third yellow), stapled once at upper-left corner. Near fine, showing only mild handling wear, and penciled note "variant"; otherwise clean and unmarked.
