Exceptionally good copy of this small pamphlet, Foreword dated December 1939 so presumably issued early 1940. Minor rust marks from staples ot central gutter, though hardly at all to spine, these now replaced, two small trivial brown marks to front towards spine, otherwise excellent. 12.5 cm x 18.5 cm.
