Rounded bands on spine -- the spine resembles a neat pile of round tablets. Rear repeats front decoration sans the writing in the center. With a top that pulls open so the object can serve as a dispenser. With a match strike on the side. We assume the material is celluloid, but in any case, it is an early plastic.
