Softbound. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Offprint tract (ca. 1900) from the London-based Christian periodical, 'The News'. Written shortly after the Siege of Peking, an event to which it refers, this pamphlet concludes that the solution to the division and upheaval in China at the time lies in "the widespread acceptance of Christianity in its purest form, by the Chinese". Not dated but published ca. 1900. 14 pp., staple bound. Size: 11 x 9 cm.
