It is illustrated with full page colorful drawings by Norman Rockwell and others. The condition is like new; the binding is very tight and appears not to have been read. There are no marks in the book. The decorative hard cover shows Santa at his desk reading the mail from boys and girls and appears as new. The DJ also appears as new with the exception of a one inch tear at the base of the spine.
