Cottage-shaped book with color illustrated front and rear covers, brown cloth spine, half-title, title page, twelve pages. Half title and final page have background colored in with orange crayon. Covers edgeworn, most pages detached with some wear, short closed tear to lower edge of title page and to outer edge of final page, other faults. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.

Spine in good condition covers have normal edge wear and a light sticker mark under top window. Front hinge partly split but contents holding well. Small ink name to bottom of title page. Rest of contents complete and quite clean.
