Softcover. Condition: Near Fine. First edition. Small quarto. 38pp. Stapled wrappers. The inside rear cover with a library pockets pasted on, the glue causing staining on the rear cover and the last few pages, just a bit of other wear, about near fine. Prints a 20-page transcript of a Council on Foreign Relations discussion group meeting which took place on January 8, 1968. Also includes a "Who's Who" of CIA associated individuals, a section on CIA in Africa, and more.
