Other articles: "The Undying Serpent" on the history and symbolism of the snake especially in Egypt and "Gumbos Galore" which includes an illustration of a large group of Aunt Jemima-type women all carrying bowls of Gumbo in front of a plantation house. Plus an ad for Aunt Jemima "Win Praise With An Aunt Jemima Old Time Supper" which appears opposite from the gumbo article.
