The hardcover edition published by Macmillan in 1966 had a very small print run, and this softcover edition, published in 1968, is also quite scarce, as sales were poor and many copies were apparently pulped. A nice collectable copy of this classic work of the 1960s - a collaboration between writer and artist. (N.B.
