Cloth. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. The uncommon 1915 1st edition of this seminal text in early town planning theory. Solid and VG in its light-blue cloth, with mild soiling and light offsetting to the edges, and light fading and rubbing along the spine. Tender --but still perfectly sturdy-- inner hinges, mild offsetting at the endsheets. Octavo, over 50 illustrations (mostly photographs and plans) complementing Geddes' text.
