Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Undated, circa early 1920s--references the building of the new Y.W.C.A. on Tremont between 15th & 16th. VG 16mo pamphlet, staple binding, 48 pp., showing streets, car-lines, house numbers, hotels, amusements, resorts, parks and boulevards. Center pages (24-25) are a map showing House Numbering System in conjunction with Denver Tramway Lines. Last page (48) is a map of the Denver Business District. NO fold out color map included. Green wrapper with illustration and 35 cent sale price on the front, ad for blue printing on the rear. Wrapper has no tears but some light creasings and is very light rubbed. Contents are clean and well bound, albeit with a few corner creases. A nice copy with several pages of descriptive text that serve to make this item not only interesting but a valuable historical time capsule. NOT an ex-library copy!
