From a total edition of 350 copies, 200 of which were numbered and offered for sale, 1-100 being signed. The remaining 150 copies were apparently reserved for poet and artist, and numbered accordingly with either a P or an A. This is copy A10, which both Creeley and Brainard have signed on the limitation page at rear (though their signatures are not strictly called for). Although not marked as such to the book itself, this copy from the personal library of noted librettist, artist, and New York School poet Kenward Elmslie, who was the romantic and artistic partner of Brainard for much of his life. Very Good or better, with light toning and soiling to wraps. Saddle-stapled quarto in stiff illustrated wraps. [12]pp, with images printed to recto only.
