Hardcover. 1st edition. NEAR FINE book, GOOD-VG DJ(in Brodart). Tight. Book tends to stay closed when stood on its spine. FINE inside. DJ price $3.95 DJ clean, whole & attractive but is edgeworn & spine is sunned. ALL CORNERS with 1/4" chips. Title on spine totally sunned out. Book has only minor flaws in the covers and fore & bottom text block edges. Top edge tinted a light gray, likely as clean as new. Other two edges with few small stained spots. Front cover with small light spot on lower front. Otherwise quite nice cover. No scuffed extrems. No aging, foxing, marginalia, etc. The 9th in the 11 vol "World's End" series. The last two pages are a concise printing history of the series. It states this 9th vol had only 16,000 printed. Vol 8 was next fewest at 36,000. "The Jungle" was the most influential of Sinclair's 90 odd books. NEAR FINE book, GOOD-VG DJ. 1st edition. 8.5"x5.5", 629pp.
