Contact seller5-star sellerXeroxed typescript ofClear the Range, housed in Acco two-hole clasp binding with paper wrappers, with Xeroxed cover tipped on. Originally published by Larry Fagin's Adventures in Poetry imprint in 1977, this edition was handmade and given to Ed and Elaine Foster by "Zane" [Ted] Berrigan in May 1983. Foster and Berrigan were clos…e friends, where they both worked at Stevens Institute of Technology. Foster is the editor and founder of Talisman, a magazine he and Berrigan would discuss publishing together before Berrigan passed away in July of 1983. This copy appears to be Xeroxed from a typescript, with no edition size stated. There are other instances of Berrigan reproducing Clear the Range in institutional archives, but no mention of this particular instantiation. The cover is slightly toned, with a quarter-inch tear near the spine and evidence of folding across the bottom third. Interior is toned but crisp and binding is well-preserved. A unique archival object with fantastic association.
