    Hardcover. Limited Edition, #58/100. Quarto, three volumes. In Very Good minus condition. Half-bound in brown leather with marbled paper boards. Paneled spines with gilt titling and ornamentation. Boards have bumping and chipping to corners, minor cracking to spines and joints. Textblocks have light age toning to edges, and minor wear. Gilt to top edges. Volume 1 has stains to the fore edges of the front free end page to page 46. Inscribed "To Frank Newman, It has taken years to put these pages together but it will take me a few hours to read them. I hope you find something of value" signed by Ralph Millard and dated "1976" on the third front free end page of volume 1. Shelved in Room A Oversized.
