Hardcover. Condition: Good. G, no DJ. Extremely Scarce. Evidently original binding, appears to have been owned by D.M. Thompson, who was later a member of the WA State Legislature. Front cover mostly separated and just barely hanging on, significant general wear and blemishes to boards, rear hinge cracked but holding, pages near… boards age tanned near edges, else nice copy of this exceedingly scarce text. Binding solid and straight (aside from front cover), clean and unmarked interior.
