Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Graham, Rigby (illustrator). First Edition. Paper covered boards with cog decorations, leather spine, in tidy condition, a little browned at the edges, some offsetting in places, bound by Trevor Hickman and illustrated by Rigby Graham, limited to "about" 60 copies, privately printed on a hand platen, a copying press, and a mangle, initialed RG on the front endpaper, scarce Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed.
