Pictorial Boards. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Harry B Neilson (illustrator). [1903], per British Library. Color printed, thick card covers with cloth spine, light surface wear and dusting, bottom corner chipped and bumped, pages slightly age-toned but clean. A collection of amusing animal verse, paired with equally jubilant color artwork featuring humanized animals; 16 plates by Harry B Neilson, plus partial-page artwork in sepia. Rare. Not in Baumgarten. Size: Folio.

Beautiful full page colour illustrations. Corners are very worn, with surface loss and actual loss to rear corner. Chipping to spine. Inscription in ink to inside front cover. Foxing to contents, which are generally very good. Packaged with care and promptly dispatched!
