Framed tube and structural wall systems are relatively unexplored and have the potential to be the leading structural system of choice among engineers to withstand lateral seismic loads, even if many other structural systems have been utilised to provide an appropriate design. The most common approach for analyzing the distribution of seismic force was response spectrum analysis, and the preferred software for both analysis and design is ETABS. In the present study, analysis of building with structure wall framed system was compared with that of frame tube system using ETABS software. The primary gaol of the study was to examine the stiffness, base shear, drift, and deflections of two structural systems, namely the structure wall framed tube system and the frame tube system, for earthquake and gravity loads. The analytical findings demonstrated a substantial decrease in the dynamic response of the structure, namely in terms of base shear. The inclusion of structurally framed walls resulted in a reduction of 9.11% and 16.88% in x and y-direction, respectively. Additionally, there was a substantial decrease in the displacement, story drift, and fundamental time period of the structure.
