A political pamphlet outlining reasons for supporting British involvement in the Seven Years' War. This pamphlet was written in response to Israel Mauduit's popular work 'Considerations on the Present German War'. In this work, Mauduit criticises the presence of British troops in the army of Duke Ferdinand of Brunswick and the annual subsidies paid to Britain's German allies during the Seven Years' War. At the time this work was published, there was already opposition to Britain's involvement in the German War. Disbound but intact. Externally smart, though with remnants of the binding to the spine.
