Condition is NEAR FINE ; covers are toned and the edges of the hand-made paper have some mild chips. Thread used for the biding stitch is in excellent condition.Text is much brighter and is unmarked, very clean. Has an older antiquarian's typed note on the publication included. The name of the Rev. Robbins is in ink, in a contemporary hand, on the upper front. Rare. RGR.
